Orion Talent, the nation's largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for a Sales Support Specialist position with the industry leader in the hardscape accessories market with worldwide distribution of its products.

Position Details
Location: Trenton, NJ Metro Area/Suburbs
Compensation: $55K-$65K + Bonus. A vehicle allowance is provided at $1,000 per month.
Shift: Monday-Friday Day Shifts
Travel: Expect 1-2 overnights of travel as needed
Benefits: 401K, medical/dental/vision
Relocation: On a case-by-case basis

Position Description
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide service and support to the company's network of retail dealers and contractors in the NJ Area. You will also support territory Sales Representatives as needed. Additional responsibilities will include:
--- Attend Trade Shows as well as conducting training demonstrations to dealers/contractors.
--- Assist with dealer/contractor issues both onsite and in the field.

Position Requirements
--- Strong desire to start a move into Sales via a developmental role with a 2-year track (yearly raises and bonus potential).
--- Drive and determination to learn and succeed in a new industry, team player.
--- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
--- Valid license, insurance, and a US Passport or ability to obtain US Passport.
--- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds of equipment/product and be willing to occasionally work in field like conditions when speaking with/demonstrating products to clients.
