Details Location: North America (East Coast) We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Syndicated Client Development Director
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
driving renewals and generating new business and upsells within the
assigned territory. This role requires a proactive approach to
client management, strong sales skills, and the ability to identify
and capitalize on new opportunities. What you'll be doing:
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients in the
$1.5M-$2.0M range Driving Renewals - Maintain and strengthen
relationships with existing clients to ensure high renewal rates. -
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs
and address any issues. - Develop and implement strategies to
retain clients and reduce churn. - Monitor client satisfaction and
proactively address any concerns. - Collaborate with the internal
team to ensure seamless service delivery. - Build client trust and
deepen relationships with existing contacts while expanding
connections to additional stakeholders and decision-makers.
Generating New Business and Upsells - Identify and pursue new
business opportunities within the assigned territory. - Develop and
execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Conduct
market research to identify potential clients and understand market
trends. - Present and demonstrate products and services to
prospective clients. - Negotiate contracts and close deals with new
clients. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
to existing clients. - Collaborate with the marketing team to
develop lead generation campaigns. - Identify strategic targets and
build relationships with key contacts and existing clients using
the internal Kantar network. The ideal skills & experience:
Essential Knowledge & Experience - Experience in a quota-carrying
Client Development role, within insights solutions; selling to
Mid-Senior leaders in Retail, CPG, Advertising, Financial Services
and Marketing industries - Proven success generating revenue with
multi-million-dollar new business/new logo quota attainment and
subscribing products - Experienced leveraging existing network of
client relationships/”rolodex” of contacts and generating existing
client internal leads - Demonstrated ability to translate complex
concepts into concise, informative messaging - Strong sales
mentality with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills -
Excellent commercial acumen, presentation and communication skills
(verbal and written) - Highly motivated, self-starter, driver of

range for this role in USA (Hybrid) is $110,000 – $156,000 plus a
competitive variable component bases on achieving sales targets.
Your final base salary will be settled based on several factors
which may include but are not limited to location, work experience,
