Who You Are: 1. A licensed real estate agent ready to take your business full-time. 2. Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. 3. Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRMs and Zillow platforms. 4. Skilled communicator who values client relationships and service excellence. Job Details: 1. Type: Full-time 2. Compensation: $48,000 – $196,000 per year (commission-based with bonuses) 3.
