This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint by identifying and building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency. As an Account Executive, you will collaborate closely with both the sales and tech teams to ensure that our proposals align with client needs and our high standards of service quality. Identify and target potential clients within the construction industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with their strategic goals. Prepare and present proposals that clearly outline the benefits and features of our technological solutions. Collaborate with the tech team to ensure the solution meets client expectations. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit. Keep abreast of construction industry trends and market conditions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Solid understanding of construction processes and technologies Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Analytical and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) - preferred Construction Management certification - a plus
