Regional Sales Director – Cardiovascular / CRM (Northeast) Location: Northeast (in-region residency required) Travel: 50% Total Compensation: ~$350K all-in Overview Senior regional leadership role responsible for driving cardiovascular/CRM sales performance across a high-visibility Northeast territory. This is a true people-leadership role (not player/coach) with full ownership of regional strategy, execution, forecasting, and talent development. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of ~8–10 sales representatives across NY, PA, NJ, Southern CT, and D.C. Drive forecasting accuracy, performance accountability, and regional planning Coach for sales and clinical excellence; travel regularly with the team Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent Qualifications 8 years in cardiovascular sales with current people-leadership experience Strong cardiology background; CRM experience strongly preferred Proven track record developing high-performing teams in complex markets Willingness to travel extensively (50%) Compensation Base: $175K–$185K Bonus: ~$150K LTI: ~$25K Total Target: ~$350K
