The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations team is
responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic
initiatives to drive the growth and health of the YouTube creator
and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include
strategic planning and business operations, incentives design and
operations, and business strategy and operations for the three
regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC. At YouTube, we believe that

salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$177,000 bonus
equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level,
and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by
work location and additional factors, including job-related skills,

partner-level and category-level data to equip partner managers
with actionable insights for partner acquisition and activation.
Execute and coordinate programs with internal partners and
cross-functional teams. Drive merchant campaign performance through
continuous monitoring and data-backed recommendations. Prepare
data-backed business cases to assist strategic partner managers in
partner negotiations. Manage the ground-level execution of pilots
and experiments, including participant selection and data
collection.
