Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a related field Valid driver’s license (required if working for community-based homes) BACHELOR's DEGREE REQUIRED (any subject) DSP certification is a plus Job Description We are seeking caring, compassionate, and energetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. You will assist clients with daily living tasks and help promote independence and quality of life in a respectful, person-centered environment.
