& 2nd Shift Location: Lancaster, PA Pay: $23–$26/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available Allegiance Staffing
is hiring Quality Inspectors for a precision manufacturing facility
in Lancaster, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates
with manufacturing or inspection experience who take pride in
accuracy, consistency, and working to high-quality standards. What
You’ll Do Perform magnetic inspection and magnetization processes
Conduct visual inspections using microscopes and inspection tools
Operate inspection equipment including Helmholtz coils, Gauss
probes, and LVFS systems Perform part marking (manual and laser)
and verify marking accuracy Ensure correct polarity per part prints
and stabilize materials post-saturation Record inspection data,
complete 100% inspections when required, and document results Enter
data into routers and Epicor systems Read and interpret basic
blueprints Additional Skills (Preferred, Not Required) LVFS setup
and advanced magnetic inspection Operation of magnetic inspection
robots and plotters Mechanical inspection and Level 2 inspection
tools Intermediate blueprint reading Compiling customer
documentation and generating NCMR paperwork What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of manufacturing
experience (quality inspection preferred) Strong attention to
detail and ability to follow written procedures Comfortable working
with inspection tools and recording accurate data Ability to
multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to read, write, and
communicate clearly in English
