This position is 100% onsite at our Bohemia, NY office. The compensation for this role will be $20.00-$22.00 hourly. This position requires a U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a Department of State or Department of Commerce License. Position Summary: The Micro Assembler C is an entry-level role responsible for performing basic assembly tasks under supervision. This position requires working with small hand tools and using a microscope for precise assembly operations. The role involves following assembly procedures, reading technical drawings, and contributing to meeting departmental production goals. Primary/Essential Duties: Perform a variety of basic assembly operations under a microscope with minimal supervision. Conduct die bonding, wire bonding, header assembly, and other basic operations. Use small hand tools, such as tweezers and microscopes, to assemble components. Operate automatic equipment as needed for specific assembly tasks. Read and interpret assembly drawings and documentation to follow correct sequence of operations. Assist in meeting department production goals and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Report any issues or defects to senior team members or supervisors. Qualifications: Education/Experience: Minimum of 1-year micro-assembly or related work experience preferred. Skills: Good eyesight, manual dexterity, and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and basic technical documentation. Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity. Ability to lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
